Bridgeport International Academy

Bridgeport International Academy is located in the Seaside Institute building, adjacent to the campus of the University of Bridgeport, at the corner of Lafayette and Atlantic Streets in Bridgeport, Connecticut, just 75 miles from New York City and close to the train and all major Connecticut highways.

Bordering Long Island Sound, BIA's location offers beautiful views of Seaside Park, recreational opportunities, and swimming at ocean beaches. Students and staff are able to use of the  facilities of the University of Bridgeport, including the arts center, gymnasium, recreation center, cafeteria, and library. The cafeteria is operated by the Sodexho Food Services.  Wheeler Recreation Center has four courts for sports, a swimming pool, a weight room, and a martial arts studio.

Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) Exit 27

• I-95 North (From N.Y.) Take Exit 27; at the bottom of the ramp go straight and take a right turn at Lafayette Street to Atlantic Street. 
• I-95 South (Toward N.Y.) Take Exit 27; take left hand turn at the bottom of the ramp and go straight on Lafayette Street to Atlantic Street.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15)

• South on Route 15 (Toward N.Y.) Take Exit 52 to Routes 8/25 South to Exit 1 (Myrtle Avenue). At the bottom of the ramp go straight and take a left turn at Atlantic Street to Lafayette Street.
• North on Route 15 (From N.Y.) Take Exit 49S to Routes 25/8 South to Exit 1 (Myrtle Avenue). At the bottom of the ramp go straight and take a left turn at Atlantic Street to Lafayette Street.

South on Route 8 or Route 25

• Take Exit 1 (Myrtle Avenue). At the bottom of the ramp go straight and take a left turn at Atlantic Street to Lafayette Street.
